Some of these products I've been using for years, others are relatively new releases and some — despite being cult-favourites, I'm only just getting around to trying out. These were my stand-out favourite beauty products of 2018 — I'd love to know yours!

(scroll through the photos for the list below!)

You can see my 2017 recap here.

These aren't listed in any particular order, but firstly would have to be one of my most favoured new skincare releases for 2018 — Edible Beauty's Booster Serums. The Tumeric Beauty Latte, in particular, is amazing for spot-treatment, preventing acne and improving skin tone. (ps: use code LIBERTYGREEN20 to save 20% off)

  1. Kypris Beauty Serums & Beauty Elixirs // I've used the Moonlight Catalyst Serum in the past, which I love, but only recently have begun using it again in conjunction with the Antioxidant Dew and Clearing Serum, with brilliant results. Whilst I love mixing and matching skincare, sometimes it's nice to just stick to one line for a simple, but highly effective routine, don't you think? (ps: the Beauty Elixirs are on sale here)
  2. Vapour Beauty AER Deodorant // Vapour's new cream-to-powder deodorant really does feel lighter than AER, and works wonderfully well to combat BO even on the hottest, sweatiest days (talking 40˚C heatwave here people!). I love the mess-free application and how it stays feeling dry, so I don't have to wait to dress. (tip: don't push the bottom wind-up mechanism until the product is almost done)
  3. May Lindstrom Problem Solver Mask // Firstly, the jar of this is HUGE and will last ages, secondly, it works wonders for the skin. Use weekly to get circulation to the surface of the skin, clear pores and blemishes and thoroughly exfoliate. Your skin will feel petal-soft and ultra smooth.
  4. Kjaer Weis Cream Foundation & Lipstick // I've been using this foundation for a few years now, and love it just as much as the first time I tried it. You can achieve sheer to full coverage or use it in place of concealer for a flawless, photo-ready finish. Plus, all the packaging is refillable at a considerably lower price than the initial purchase, saving your wallet and the planet. The Kjaer Weis Lipsticks in the shade Adore, Honor and more recently, Affection, have also been almost all I've worn on my lips the last few months. Adore is simply the best shade of red. All lipsticks have a velvety, long-lasting finish that makes me want them all.
  5. Alima Pure Loose Eyeshadows // Shimmer, Satin Matte or Pearlustre, they are all incredibly smooth, buttery and intensely pigmented. Honestly, I think Alima Pure may be one of the most underrated beauty brands — they do powder products unlike anyone else. These shadows blend out effortlessly, are available in an extensive array of shades and the jars have a little cap to plug up the sifter, so no fear of spills if you're travelling!
  6. Ere Perez Multi-Purpose Brush // I use this brush every time I do my makeup, and would actually like 2 or 3 of them, it's that good! The perfect size to fit into small glass pots, it applies cream blush effortlessly to the skin, blending it out for a seamless wash of colour. This brush also works well to apply and buff in concealer, cream foundations, or any other cream or liquid product you have!

I'd love to know what products you discovered, and your favourites of 2018, whether new or old! Have you tried any of the beauty products I've mentioned?
