Wildcrafted Organics Skincare & Tea | Review (and a discount)

Wildcrafted Organics is a small-batch, delightfully crafted line of skincare and teas, created by herbalist and nutritionist Nicole O'Sullivan. The products are carefully formulated, only 100% natural, and using Certified Organic ingredients where available. The skincare is packaged in Miron Violet Glass, which blocks all visible UV light, not only preserving the product within, but continuing to enhance the properties of the product it contains.

I've been using the Wild Rose Botanical Mist (travel size), Neroli Cleansing Oil (travel size) and Wildflowers Rejuvenating Serum (full size). I also received the Wild Hibiscus Beauty Tea.

Neroli Cleansing Oil (travel size)

I know the benefits of oil-cleansing, and I've been using an oil-based cleanser for sometime, but I was yet to use an entirely oil cleanser on my skin, and I must admit, I wasn't too thrilled at the prospect (I recently wrote about double-cleansing here).

The Neroli Cleansing Oil is a light golden liquid, light and rich, with the heavenly scent of orange blossoms. I used the recommended 6-8 pumps, and applying to dry skin, massage the oil all over the face to dislodge and dissolve make-up and other impurities on the skin. The oil cleanser dissolves make-up effortlessly, and after massaging for a few minutes, add a splash of water to transform the oil into a milky liquid, before removing with a warm wash-cloth.

I was pleasantly surprised at how good it actually feels to use an oil cleanser (prior to finishing with another cleanser), as it is the most effective at removing all traces of make-up, and left my skin feeling SO soft, cleansed and refreshed. The Neroli Cleansing Oil contains Camellia Oil, Rice Bran Oil, Pumpkin Seed Oil, Grapefruit and Ylang Ylang to rejuvenate the skin, help reduce the appearance of scars, balance sebum (oil) production, prevent premature ageing and improve the skin's elasticity.

Used as a single cleanse on bare skin, the Neroli Cleansing Oil still does not leave my skin feeling greasy, and I don't require a second cleanse to remove any residue, but rather to properly cleanse the skin.

I've been using it for a number of weeks now, and the travel size is 30ml, the full size 100ml. Based on how much product I have left, I think the full size would certainly last 4-6mths.

I'm really loving this cleansing oil, and it is such a wonderful experience to use each evening.

Wild Rose Botanical Mist (travel size pictured)

If you read my blog regularly, you will know how much I adore facial mists.
They enhance the penetration of your other skincare, keep the skin hydrated throughout the day, and can also be used pre and post-makeup application.

The Wild Rose Botanical Mist gently envelopes the skin in a beautifully hydrating mist, and the scent of roses. Some mists are just so-so, but this one is an absolute treat to use!

The mist falls gently over the skin (no squirting you in the face as some can do!), and deeply hydrates my skin. After generously misting the skin, I've been finding I need to use less of my other products. As this mist is so gentle, I also love to use it to set and refresh my make-up, or simply to refresh my complexion throughout the day (especially now we're heading into the warmer months!)

Wildflowers Rejuvenating Serum (full size)

I've fallen absolutely in love with everything I've tried from Wildcrafted Organics, but this would have to be one of the loveliest serums I've used. It is rich, and deeply hydrating, yet incredibly lightweight, and so potent I only need two pumps (which are small) to apply to my entire face. The Wildflowers Rejuvenating Serum absorbs quickly into the skin, leaving no trace of oiliness or greasiness, leaving my skin soft and supple.

Some serums or oils can tend to be a bit heavy, or leave my skin feeling like I have product on, but not with this. It absorbs fully and quickly. When I massage in my morning skincare, I have noticed that my skin has been much firmer since I've been using the Wildflowers Rejuvenating Serum - and I don't even have any loss of firmness or suppleness to be concerned about yet.

The Wildflowers Rejuvenating Serum contains CoQ10 and lipid squalane, both anti-ageing and necessary to keep the skin radiant and youthful.

The scent of this is slightly pungent, not as sweet as the other two products, but that is the nature of using 100% unadulterated botanical ingredients that have not been highly processed and destroyed.

Wild Hibiscus Beauty Tea

This is a delicious hand-blended tea that I've been enjoying simply sweetened with a little honey. It is rich in antioxidants and vitamin C - perfect for enhancing that glow from the inside-out, and delicious to drink!

I often find herbal teas can be a bit bitter, and too 'leafy' in flavour (if that makes any sense at all, haha!), but this tea is very enjoyable, and the gorgeous pink colour doesn't hurt either!

Overall (and discount)

I've been really impressed with everything I've tried from Wildcrafted Organics, and if you are looking for effective skincare with a touch of luxury, I highly recommend checking out the brand.

Wildcrafted Organics is also helping to celebrate the 1st Birthday of Liberty Green with 20% off sitewide. Grab the code + details here - it expires soon!
